Directions to the Studio Following are directions to the studio from 3 locations for your convenience.

Interstate 10 West (from Houston)

I - 10 west to 99 south (L)
Go 5 miles to 1093 west (R)
Go 2 miles to 723 south (L)
Go 2.1 miles to Settegast Ranch Road (R)

Note: this is a very small street sign. Start looking after you see the blue DWI and Adopt a Highway signs on your right.

Settegast Ranch Road goes for about 3/4 mile and then turns to the left. After the left turn, there will be a yellow 20mph sign on your right. We are the next driveway past the yellow sign (note: 2 black mailboxes). Come down the "long" driveway. Studio is to the far right.

Westpark Tollway West (from Houston)
You must have a Speed Pass

Westpark Tollway west (until it ends and turns into) 1093 west
Note: there is an exit off the toll road labeled 1093. Do NOT get off at that exit. Just stay on the toll road and it will simply turn into the part of 1093 you want to be on.
Go 2 miles to 723 south (L)
Go 2.1 miles to Settegast Ranch Road (R)

59 South (from Houston)

59 south to 36 (R) (Toward Rosenberg)
Go 8 miles to 359 west (L) (Shell Station)
Note: at HWY 90, in Rosenberg, 36 jogs to the left. You DO NOT jog left but continue over the bridge. At that point the road becomes 723 and you stay on that road until you reach 359 (Shell Station)
Turn left on 359 and go 2 miles to Settegast Ranch Road (R)

Note: this is a very small street sign. Start looking after you see the tall wooden fences of Conaco Oil on your right.

About a mile past that you will see an old "pink" house on your right. Just past that is Settegast Ranch Road (R).

Settegast Ranch Road goes for about 3/4 mile. On your right you will see a small street called "Cowboy Way." Just past that on your left are two black mail boxes. That is our driveway. Come down the "long" driveway. Studio is to the far right.
